Ben and his team are responsible for delivering Hotels.com primary objective which is to “Be Customer Centric”. He leads a group of marketing channels and customer teams including Brand, Affiliates, Customer Marketing and Insights (including CRM), Loyalty, Mobile marketing, customer economics and customer experience.  With 6 years’ experience at Hotels.com, he has worked across both Product Management and Marketing, always with a strong focus on the end customer and their quest to find the right place to stay.

Before joining Expedia Group he was a consultant with McKinsey and Company and, prior to that, spent his formative years as a journalist with CNN.
