Fabian is a strategic creative professional with more than 20+ years of experience advising clients from Europe to Asia focusing on large scale digital strategy, creative, planning, risk and digital transformation professional covering more than 100+ countries.
Fabian is currently the Chief Creative Officer and Head of Experience & Design@Capita and is responsible for driving ‘Human Brilliance’ in experience design.
Previously, he led ACNE in Asia (Top 5 Creative Digital Agency globally and Cannes Lions multiple winner) and was the Managing Partner for Deloitte Digital in Japan spearheading the Tokyo 2020 efforts. Also, Fabian spent more than decade in leading advisory technology companies with EY London and was also the financial / technology controllers’ team with Vodafone and SoftBank.
As an entrepreneur himself, he has also deep experience in agile start-ups and creating innovative cross industry collaboration and alliance to maximise Creative x Digital opportunities for growth.
Being trained in balancing the left and right brain in his work, he is deeply entrenched in strategy (Science) and alignment with emotive aspects of creative (Art) to maximise the impact of communications in global markets in the entire strategy marketing spectrum.
Fabian is also prolific digital speaker and has presented before to the Prime Minister of China, Prime Minister of Russia, Prime Minister of France, EU Chairperson and many leaders in the world including leading corporates such as HP, SONY, Huawei Technologies...etc.
