Jason is CEO of Beamly, a MarTech company acquired by Coty in 2015. In that role Jason has led the tripling of revenues to $120m through data driven solutions, including SHIFT a proprietary suite that delivers profitable eCommerce growth for brands.
Jason is also Chief Digital and Media Officer at COTY, one of the world's largest Beauty players with a 70+ brand portfolio including Covergirl, MaxFactor, Rimmel, Gucci, Hugo Boss, Burberry and Calvin Klein. Jason is leading Coty's digital transformation across Coty's 3 divisions.
As a media veteran with an obsession in cross platform monetization, Jason led the strategy, new products and marketing teams at Time Warner Cable Media and before then headed the US Media management consulting practice at Capgemini in transformation engagements across the US and Europe.
