Louisa is a strategic & commercial leader with a strong background in online and omni channel retailing at John Lewis, having joined the retailer as a graduate. She currently leads the Trade Marketing team at John Lewis to drive profitable sales growth and deliver change through earned, owned and paid channels. Her role involves shaping, setting & delivering the strategic & commercial direction. Previous to this she held various senior manager roles in online. Louisa is a regular keynote speaker, panellist, chair and advisory board member at major retailing events, conferences and dinners throughout the UK and Europe.
