With over twenty five years in the industry Mike has accumulated a wealth of knowledge in building and maintaining customer relationships – consulting for clients including The North Face, Mercedes, McLaren Automotive, Vodafone, Seat and Timberland. 

Mike firmly believes that consideration of human needs must underpin all retail strategies regardless of channel – sales are critical, however a deep level of emotional brand connection is also vital
