With difficult market conditions, increasing consumer choice and reducing loyalty - understanding your customers and what they really want to buy, before you’ve made stock decisions, is becoming more and more vital.
This session will provide insights from over 538m customer opinions on over 3m products and invite attendees to take part in an interactive session focusing on how to use customer insights to make sure you have the right product, for the right customer at the right price.
